Grade 9 Clinics in 2010

The Viking Soccer League will offer United States Soccer Federation Grade 9 Recreational Referee Clinics. Upon successful completion of this clinic, the student will become certified as a USSF Grade 9 Recreational Referee. The USSF Grade 9 Recreational Referee may officiate games as either a Referee or Assistant Referee on recreational youth games for under-14 and younger only.  They would not be qualified to officiate older ages, competitive youth matches (Class 1), or adult matches.  For the latter matches, you would need to take the Grade 8 Referee clinic.

Each clinic will consist of a classroom session/s followed by a training session on the field, review of materials and a test. Referees must attend all sessions of the clinic in order to receive their Grade 9 license.

Attendees must be at least 12 years old for the clinics listed below.

Dates and Times:

The clinics require a minimum of 15 registrants to avoid cancellation. Dates/times/locations are subject to change.

Fees:
$25.00, includes all instructional materials and first year of referee registration (to keep the cost down for our referees, the Vikings League subsidizes about $45 in costs). In order to reserve your space, you must register online and mail your registration form with payment to:
