SF Vikings Volunteer Assistant Referee

This is a two step process: sign up and attend training, or sign up and take the online quiz if previously trained.

1) Signup Online using Team Name and Team Identification Number (TIN) provided the team manager

2) And do either A or B below:
A) Attend a training session:
AR Clinic #1: Saturday, Aug 13, Time and location TBA
AR Clinic #2: Saturday, Aug 20, Time and location TBA
B) If already trained, take the online refresher quiz

More than one parent may signup for training.
This volunteer may not be a coach for the team.
This volunteer does not have to fill out the CYSA Form 1628 team risk management disclosure form or provide a photo.
