Age
Group |
Payment
Per Game** |
U7/8 |
$20
per game |
U9/10 and U11 |
$25
per game |
| For U12
and up please contact the SF Referee Association |
$30 per game |
**If you earn more than $400 by the first period, you will need to submit a short I-9 form.
Please click here to print the form and then submit to the Vikings office with proper identification.
When do I get paid?
Payments will be made after the 4th week, 8th week and end of the season.
What if a team doesn't show up to the game?
If a team does not show and there
is a default you are paid anyway - please report score as 1-0 forfeit win and the winning team name.
What if I don't show up to the game?
If you fail to show up for a game,
you will have to referee one game free for us for each game you
miss. If you cancel with less than 48 hours notice to us that will
be treated as a no show unless we can find a different referee.
The reason for this penalty is that when a referee does not show
for a game (which only rarely happens) teams are left in a very
difficult position.
How do I report the scores to the Vikings Office?
Please report game scores online
by the Sunday night after the game in order to receive
payment. Referees do not have to return game cards but should
keep them until the end of the season in case of any mistakes by
the office.
