Spring adding player from another Vikings team

If a player wishes to transfer from one team to another PAL participating team, they can do so as long as neither team drops below the minimum or exceeds the maximum roster size. If the player's Fall team is not participating in spring soccer, the player may move to another team provided there is space on that team.

1) Collect from Fall coach:

A.) Original 1601 form signed by parent. Can't get it? Have the parent fill out and sign a new form CYSA Membership form 1601.

B) Player pass from Fall 2011/12.

C) Appropriate fees - depends on how many adds and if your team paperwork is done at once. Usually, spring fees are $10.00.
